An Appraisal is an impartial estimate or opinion of value, usually written, of an adequately described property, as of a specific date and supported by the presentaion and analysis of relevant data.

BC Appraisals Inc. was purchased from R E Mann Brokers (Appraisal Dept. only) in April 2004. The owner of B C Appraisals, Brenda Cooper, has been a senior appraiser for R E Mann Brokers since 1987, at which time she was first employed by R E Mann Brokers in the Appraisal Department. B C Appraisals Inc. employs 3 people. Jen Long is a candidate with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is working toward a CRA Designation. Brenda Received her AACI designation in November 1999. The areas that are covered by B C Appraisals Inc. include Aylmer to the west, Dunnville to the east, Brant County to the north and some bordering areas. Also, all of the rural and residential areas of Norfolk county in between are covered.
